CLEANFOREST at the EGU 2025

A Townhall on Forest ecosystem-related international networks under COST Actions

was organized by Martin Mokros (Chair of the 3DForEcoTech) and saw the participation of 7 COST Actions, including CLEANFOREST. 

CLEANFOREST contributed to the conference with two presentations related to WG activities and 1 presentation showing results from a STSM, all supported by ITC and Dissemination conference grants.

Mana Gharun – oral presentation on  ‘Effect of climate extremes on carbon fluxes, acclimation, and resilience of European forests

Caitlin Lewis oral presentation on ‘Assessing the knowledge base on long-term trends in forest growth, mortality and Water Use Efficiency in Europe

Ivan Limić – oral presentation on The role of tree pollen in forest nitrogen cycling: A laboratory perspective’ (STSM)
