There are two main activities YR are hosting: a series of bi-monthly Webinars and Interviews. The Webinars are 25-30 min on-line presentations aiming at giving more visibility to those participants of the CLEANFOREST awarded with the Short Term Scientific Mission and ITC grants. There will also be talks by more advanced researchers and stakeholders. The main goal of conducting Interviews is to informally meet with more advanced researchers to ask about their professional experience, career development, research visits they had, ideas for experiments, writing project proposals, and more, in order to motivate Young Researchers to pursue science and to support their growth as the next generation of researchers. 

The Young Researchers group are led by the internal Management Committee of volunteers, which consists of: YR coordinator (Klaudia Ziemblińska), Science communication leaders (Caitlin R. Lewis and Pal Balazs), Webinars leaders (Charlotte Angove and Andrei Popa), Interviews leaders (Wojciech Kędziora, Negar Rezaie and Stavroula Zacharoudi) and WGs rapporteurs leaders (Vaclav Sipek – WG1 and WG2 and Emira Hukic –  WG3 and WG4).
