Fifth Webinar: Identification of key parameters affecting tree growth using high frequency growth data

For this event in the series we will be joined by Anita Zolles (Federal Research and Training Centre for Forests, Natural Hazards and Landscape, Austria) to hear about her research: ”I’m excited to share the initial outcomes of my brief scientific mission in As, Norway. During my stay I analysed dendrometer and climatological data collected from several research sites throughout Norway. The focus of my research was mostly on dendrometers, measurement instruments that record high-frequency growth observations with micrometer accuracy. With comparable stations in Austria, our ongoing research aims to assess the distinctions and parallels in how trees respond in both countries.”
