  • The Dissemination grant can be used to reimburse costs for travelling, accommodation and subsistence expenses, registration fee and other relevant costs such as printing of scientific poster. Payment for the above costs have to be made using a private bank account, NOT an institutional bank account, to be eligible for reimbursement.
  • Grants are paid by the Grant Holder after the end of Conference and approval of all required report/documentation (including receipts for expenditures). The grantee has 30 calendar days from the end date of the mission or 15 days after the end of the Grant Period (whichever comes first) to submit the relevant document and claim. Report submitted past this deadline will not be reimbursed. All reports must be submitted before the end of September.
  • CLEANFOREST must be acknowledged in the presentation and in the abstract book if possible. Failure to do so would result in the claim for reimbursment not being accepted.
Evaluation and awarding of Dissemination Grants
  • The evaluation of Dissemination Grant applications and selection of Dissemination Grantees is performed by the Action’s Grant Awarding Coordinator and CLEANFOREST’s Grant Evaluation Committee, on behalf of the Management Committee (MC) of the CLEANFOREST COST Action.
  • The selection of applicants is based primarily on the relevance of the Dissemination Grant application to significantly increase visibility of the Action in the research community, attract additional participants and stakeholders and disseminate Action results to relevant end-users at high profile conferences in the field on a topic relevant to the Action. It can contribute to increasing visibility of the presenter;
  • Applicants may be asked to provide additional information.

  • Applicants need to have an e-COST profile here.
  • The applications must be submitted online here by selecting “Apply for Grant” and then “Dissemination Conference grant”.

    • The dissemination conference grant application, based on the e-COST template
