Charlotte Angove

Webinars Leader, WG3 co-leader
University of Helsinki
Finland
Charlotte Angove holds a PhD in aquatic sciences and is working at the University of Helsinki as a postdoctoral researcher. Her core research interest is understanding how a plant interacts with its environment, which began in the underwater environment at PhD level, and then extended to forests at post-doc level. She specialises in stable isotope research and ecophysiology, with further experience in other research areas, including ecology, functional traits, biodiversity and ecosystem processes. Lately, her research has focused on disentangling the environmental and physiological information from hydrogen isotopes in tree rings and leaf waxes. Now, she is working in a project that helps to understand tree resilience to drought.
